Ming is a proven entrepreneur, operator and strategic business leader with a track record of building, scaling and advising businesses across multiple sectors.
Commercially focused and results-driven, he brings deep practical expertise across business development, marketing, operations, strategy and supply chain management, supported by postgraduate qualifications in business administration and marketing. His approach is firmly grounded in execution—translating strategy into measurable commercial outcomes that work in the realities of day-to-day business.
As an entrepreneur, Ming founded and scaled two franchise brands to more than 50 outlets across four Australian states, leading a workforce of over 200 employees and generating approximately $18 million in annual revenue.
He also established two HACCP-certified food manufacturing facilities and built an integrated supply chain supporting more than 80 retail outlets and 50 schools. This gave him extensive hands-on expertise across manufacturing, procurement, distribution, quality assurance and complex multi-site operations.
His achievements have been recognised with the 2011 HKABA-SA Entrepreneur of the Year Award and BDO’s 2014 Fast Mover Award.
Ming’s strength lies in connecting strategy with execution—aligning people, operations and financial performance to create sustainable commercial value. He brings a disciplined, pragmatic perspective to decision-making, ensuring that the numbers not only make sense on paper but also reflect how successful businesses operate, grow and perform.
